Star-Studded Click: Rajinikanth, Aamir, Lokesh, Shruti Together On Coolie

The upcoming Tamil movie Coolie, starring superstar Rajinikanth, is creating a lot of excitement. A new behind-the-scenes picture from the film set has made fans even more eager to watch the movie.

Coolie is set to release on August 14, 2025. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film is a gangster action drama with big names like Akkineni Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir, and Sathyaraj playing important roles. Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is also part of the movie, joining the team out of respect for Rajinikanth and the director Lokesh.

Lokesh Kanagaraj recently thanked his editor Philomin Raj by sharing a picture from the set. The photo shows Rajinikanth, Aamir Khan, Shruti Haasan, Lokesh, and Philomin Raj all looking closely at a monitor to check if the scene was filmed perfectly.This behind-the-scenes image has quickly gone viral on social media, exciting fans even more. The photo shows Aamir Khan in his movie look, so it was taken after the actors finished shooting the scene. Everyone is seen checking the shot, and when Rajinikanth sat in the director’s seat, Lokesh looked very comfortable with it, which amazed fans and showed the respect between the actors.

Produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures, Coolie is made on a big budget. The film was first planned to be released on May 1, 2025, but got delayed because some work was still unfinished. The music for the movie is composed by the popular Anirudh Ravichander, whose tunes are already being talked about.
