Celebrities across the world are under severe threat as misuse and abuse of AI has been increasing. As a result of it, many are moving to court to secure their personality rights. Chiranjeevi has moved Hyderabad Civil Court after noticing several offenders and Court has granted permission for captial punishments.

Court has strictly banned the usage of his name, face, voice and stage titles including "MEGA STAR," "CHIRU," and "ANNAYYA," across all media for commercial or personal gain without his permission. The order emphasises that such exploitation and misrepresentation, especially through digital and AI mediums, pose severe, irreparable harm to his reputation and economic interests.

Earlier, Chiranjeevi after identifying several repeat offenders, met Commissioner Sajjanar and filed cases against them in Civil Court. The actor requested Court to take stringent action against them. Now, Court has responded with ad-interim injuction banning any sort of usage of his name without his direct participation.

According to this new order, if anyone tries to troll, misuse Chiru's name with bad intentions, then it is severely punishable offence. This is a great radical move from Chiranjeevi to safeguard his personality rights and it is a must for every celebrity with increasing AI abuse.
