Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is out of Kalki now and this is primarily due to the fact that she demanded 8 hours working schedule for the film.

She clarified that her request for structured working hours is not unusual, pointing out that many male actors already follow similar schedules, working only eight hours a day and avoiding weekends.

The actress emphasized that asking for fair working hours does not make her difficult or demanding. She stated that if being a woman with clear boundaries makes her appear “pushy,” she is fine with that label.

Deepika added that many women, especially mothers, are now choosing flexible schedules, yet their decisions rarely make news. Known for handling controversies gracefully, she said she prefers to stay dignified and silent amid gossip.
