Deepika Padukone’s Last Tryst With A Telugu Film

In recent times, if there is any controversial starlet that’s in the news, it is none other than Deepika Padukone. While the 40-year-old starlet has slowed down after embracing motherhood, surely her choice of words regarding shooting times and other mammoth demands have gone viral. And she’s been sacked from two Telugu movies in that process, while she had one.

For her demands that are not even meeting the requirements and sound more extravagant, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga sacked her from Spirit first. Later, the makers of Kalki 2 also exited her from the movie, citing creative differences. At that juncture, director Atlee roped in Deepika for Allu Arjun’s movie Raaka, and even before she got pregnant with her second child, they had wrapped the shoot. However, some parts of the shoot are being managed with Deepika’s close-ups and a body double in wide shots, if reports are to be believed.

Currently, this shoot is going on in Mumbai, as per reports coming from the “Raaka” team, and this will be Deepika’s last outing for the project. That means this is her last Telugu project for now, whether she signs any Telugu movie later or not. On the other hand, Allu Arjun is also looking forward to completing the shooting of the movie at the earliest, such that they could lock a release date.
