Deepika Continues To Dig Into ‘Prabhas’ Films

The other day at an event, Bollywood’s senior heroine Deepika Padukone, who is currently out of major work, has stated again that recently she walked out of a film because the producers are not ready to pay her at the hero's rate. She went on to say that she’s more successful than the hero of the project and needs to be paid on par with him.

Well, the only films she walked out of in recent times are Prabhas’ Kalki 2 and Spirit. And coming to her latest comments, she stated that as the makers are not ready to pay what the hero is earning from these movies, she said no to the films. At the same time, she claimed that she has more fame and a track record than the hero. Well, those are some insane statements coming from the actress, in case if he is referring to these Telugu pan-India movies.

Recently, Sandeep Vanga’s brother Pranay confirmed that, as Deepika asked for more money and a 10% share in profits, they have shunted her out of Spirit. Probably that might have made the actress wonder, and hence she continues to take digs at the Prabhas starrer. First, she has leaked the story and the character, and now she’s claiming that she has a better track record than Prabhas.

To wrap this up in a nutshell, not even a single solo-lead film of Deepika Padukone has collected ₹100 crores in its lifetime, while Prabhas’ disaster film will get ₹100 crores just on Day 1. That explains why someone is paid more, or paid the whole.
