Directed by Koratala Siva and set against coastal landscapes, 'Devara' introduces Janhvi Kapoor to South cinema in her first collaboration with Jr. NTR.
Following in the footsteps of RRR, the Telugu film promises high-octane action sequences that are anticipated to captivate the audience. Notably, the production budget for VFX alone is an impressive Rs 140 crore, with rumors suggesting a significant portion of the overall budget dedicated to special effects.
Earlier this year, the makers unveiled a highly anticipated teaser, featuring Jr. NTR in a gripping fighting scene dressed as a village man facing off against goons. The intense atmosphere and action sequences hinted at an engaging cinematic experience.
On January 1, Jr. NTR shared a striking poster depicting him standing on a boat in the middle of the sea, donning an intense expression with black pants and a shirt. 'Devara' holds additional significance as it marks Jr. NTR's 30th film, where he is set to portray both a father and son on screen. Saif Ali Khan, Ramya Krishna, and possibly Chaitra Rai are also part of the star-studded cast.
