Is Dhanush Doing a Cameo In Simbu’s Film?

Back in the day, though, star heroes Dhanush and Simbu have showcased amazing camaraderie between them at a couple of weddings and other movie units, but there are rumours that something is not well between them. In fact, as it is always believed that with Superstar Rajnikanth’s daughter Aishwarya first dating Simbu, and then going ahead to marry Dhanush, a rift between these two young heroes of that time has started brewing. That’s the news now, however.

Talented Tamil director Vetri Maaran, who has been criticised badly after he made ill comments on Dhurandhar and some Telugu films in recent times, has started shooting for the film, Simbu’s Arasan. Apparently, the director is calling this movie a sequel that will be set in the popular Vada Chennai universe, which he created years ago. Reports are coming that recently Vetrimaran even approached Dhanush for a 2-minute cameo role in the movie, as he is the star of the original first film that came a decade ago. Though there’s no clarity, Tamil worlds are buzzing that Dhanush might star in this cameo alongside Simbu, only for the sake of the director.

In recent times, a lot of equations have changed big time in the Tamil film industry. Not all the regular commercial films are working out and not all the art house moviea re being appreciated. So, Tamil makers and stars are doing various experiments with the hope that luck will shine on them as it happened in the case of Suriya’s Karuppu movie. On that note, as Dhanush’s recent Tamil films also didn’t click, we have to see if he would star in the movie.
