Dhanush Reportedly Demands Massive Fifty Crores For Telugu Film?

Tamil Actor Dhanush has been juggling three industries like it’s nothing. Telugu with Kubera, Tamil with Idli Kadai, and even a big Hindi 'Tere Ishq Mein' turned out a big hit recently. Completely different genres too, which is wild. One month he’s doing a small, emotional drama and the next he’s in a big patriotic setup. And somehow, everything landed well, box office, OTT, word of mouth, all of it. Naturally, Telugu producers are eyeing him again.

But here’s where the rumour mill got loud. Word is that Dhanush is now quoting a huge amount for his next Telugu film. A popular producer, excited after seeing his recent success, flew to Chennai with a director to narrate a script. Dhanush listened, liked the idea, no problem there. But once the conversation turned to payment, things shifted.

Apparently, Dhanush said, pretty straightforwardly, that he wants 50 crores if it’s a Telugu project. That number apparently stunned the producer because for Sir and Kubera, he charged around 30 crores. And now, with back-to-back hits, he seems to have bumped it up sharply. The producer and director didn’t give any answer, they just headed back, probably still processing the quote. Now the big question is whether the producer will bite the bullet or quietly look for another hero. Meanwhile, Dhanush is already shooting two Tamil films next.
