Dhanush, Mrunal Thakur, and Kriti Sanon were seen together at a recent party, and a casual selfie featuring the trio, along with director Aanand L Rai, quickly started doing the rounds online. No grand announcement, no red carpet, just a relaxed moment that got people talking.

The photo comes right after Dhanush finished filming Tere Ishq Mein with Kriti. Mrunal, who has been working across languages and genres, seemed right at home in the mix. Away from parties, Dhanush has a packed schedule. He’s directing Idly Kadai, which now has an October 2025 release date, and he’s also involved in STR49, a film connected to the Vada Chennai world. Mrunal too has plenty lined up. Though not confirmed officially, she’s said to be part of an upcoming project with Allu Arjun, directed by Atlee.
