Rowdy Baby Pair Dhanush-Sai Pallavi Return With Bang

Sai Pallavi, who wowed everyone with the 2015 Malayalam blockbuster romantic hit film Premam, starring with Nivin Pauly, Anupama Parameshwaran, and many more, became a sensation with Maari-2’s Rowdy Baby alongside Dhanush. The song went crazy, with 1.7 billion views on YouTube in six years. South India loved it, North India too. Funny thing, the movie flopped, but the song? Pure magic.

Fans have been waiting ages to see them together again. Finally, it’s happening. Sai Pallavi is confirmed as the heroine in Dhanush’s new film, directed by Rajkumar Periyaswamy, who made Amaran. Her performance in that movie got huge praise and it crossed 300 crores worldwide. Pairing her with Dhanush and Rajkumar’s direction has everyone buzzing. And if there’s even one dance number like Rowdy Baby, expect the hype to explode. Netflix has even snapped up the digital rights before the film starts shooting.
