Dhanush Asks Other Heroes' Fans Not To Hate Him!

The most common question during every interview with actors from other regions is 'Who is your favorite actor in Telugu?'. There is no right answer for this as toxic fanbases on social media starts attacking those actors as soon as he/she mentions a star's name that is not their hero's. This is why most of the actors play it safe by not answering the question or say Chiranjeevi or Sr. NTR who is respected by everyone.

But Dhanush decided to go bold as he mentioned that his favorite actor in Telugu is Power Star Pawan Kalyan. He is quite straightforward and Dhanush's reply drew cheers from PK's fans but left many surprised. On the stage, he said, ““I will answer but other fans don't hate me. I love cinema, but I love Pawan Kalyan Sir”. While everyone knows Pawan is much bigger than Dhanush in terms of craze and stardom, getting praise from an actor like Dhanush who won multiple National Awards and worked in Hollywood is making the fans of Pawan very happy.

His upcoming film 'Rayan' is getting released on 26th July. Sundeep Kishan and Kalidas Jayaram are playing main roles alongside Dhanush who is the hero of this movie. It is going to be released in multiple languages and Asian Suresh Entertainment LLP will release the Telugu version. SJ Surya, Selvaraghavan, Aparna Balamurali, and Dhushara Vijayan play the other important characters in this movie.

AR Rahman is the music composer and Dhanush himself wrote and directed this film. There are high expectations on this action drama.
