Dhanush's Directorial 'Raayan' Gets 'A' Certificate!

Tamil star hero Dhanush is a man of many talents. He is a multiple National Award winning actor, a beautiful singer, a good lyricist, a wonderful writer and a producer with good taste and a director as well. He held the microphone for the second time in his career for 'Raayan'. This action thriller is all set to hit the screens on 26th July.

There are high expectations on the movie and the songs which were released till date got a very good response. This is Dhanush's landmark 50th film as an actor and he will be sporting different looks in the movie. The censor formalities have been completed and the makers have given it an 'A' certificate due to the heavy action sequences.

The runtime of the film is 2 hours and 25 minutes which is quite crisp considering some of the recent biggies like 'Kalki 2898 AD' and 'Indian 2'. With an 'A' certificate, people are curious to see what the 'VIP' hero had readied for them. Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman composed the music for this film.

It is going to be released in multiple languages and Asian Suresh Entertainment LLP will release the Telugu version. SJ Surya, Selvaraghavan, Aparna Balamurali, and Dhushara Vijayan play the other important characters in this movie. Sundeep Kishan and Kalidas Jayaram are playing main roles as well while Sun Pictures bankrolled it.
