Dil Raju’s ‘Dreams’ Targeting Next Year

If main films are not working, then definitely nothing will work. If films fail, then the hero’s image crashes, the producer’s credibility crashes and the director’s market crashes. Sometimes careers also crash if films fail to do well at the box office in a row. The same thing is happening with Dil Raju for some time. He was once considered a producer with a Midas Touch, but now the touch has turned out to be the opposite.

A couple of years ago, Dil Raju launched the production banner “Dil Raju Dreams,” saying they would produce small-budget movies under it. However, films like Balagam took off as such small movies, but ended up on the main banner of the producer. But now, the producer is saying that they will be releasing nearly 6 movies on the Dil Raju Dreams banner in 2027. A new team is said to be listening to the stories, then filtering them out, and bringing the finest to Dil Raju’s notice, to take a final call.

Well, this process is happening from a long time but nothing solid is happening. However, Dil Raju says now that other production houses, investors and some cash-rich funders are ready to join DRD to co-produce the movies. Many are wondering why Dil Raju needs others for funds. For example at Geetha Arts, Allu Arvind funds the likes of GA2, Bunny Vas Works and Dheeraja Mogilineni, to bring out good films. Probably Dil Raju should also do the same.
