For Sujeeth, it began on a wet Hyderabad street, pushing his bike through heavy rain with rejection weighing on his shoulders. Long before Saaho with Prabhas or OG with Pawan Kalyan, he was just another young man trying to convince producers that his story was worth making.
His first script was a love story. Producers liked the opening, even praised the second half he had spent months shaping. He thought it was locked. Then came a call on his way home: “Budget is too high, bring another story.” The joy collapsed in a second. Sitting by the roadside, drenched and helpless, he cried for hours. That night, a call from comedian Vennela Kishore pushed him forward, “If you can write a short film in an hour, you can write a movie in a day.”
Sujeeth stood up, determined. But life had another blow waiting, his bike had no petrol. He pushed it all the way from Jubilee Hills to Musheerabad in pouring rain. Exhausted, angry, and beaten down, he returned home with only one thought: start again. And in that state of mind, the spark of Run Raja Run struck him. Within three days, he had a full script. The producers approved it without a single dialogue change.
That film didn’t just launch his career, it rewrote his destiny. Run Raja Run opened doors to Prabhas’s Saaho and now OG with Pawan Kalyan. What looked like failure on a rainy night turned into the very fuel for his first hit. For Sujeeth, the road from rejection to success was not smooth, but it proved one truth, sometimes defeat writes the best stories.
