Another Telugu Film Gets Its DOP Changed!

It looks like the Telugu film industry is not satisfied with cinematographers these days. They are starting off with one Director of Photography (DOP) and replacing him midway through the shooting with another. We have seen SS Rajamouli's longtime associate KK Senthil Kumar getting replaced by PS Vinod in his upcoming film with Mahesh Babu. Also, Manoj Paramahamsa came in place of PS Vinod in 'Guntur Karam' as there were some issues regarding the delays in shooting.

Another film has been added to this list now. As we know, Puri Jagannadh is making 'Double Ismart' with Ram Pothineni. During the film's announcement, the makers announced Gianni Giannelli as the cinematographer. The shooting is going on at a brisk pace and recent reports suggest that Puri's favourite cinematographer Shyam K Naidu came onboard replacing Gianni. As we know, Shyam K Naidu worked on over 15 films made by Puri Jagannadh that include 'Super', 'Ek Niranjan', 'Bujjigadu', 'Pokiri', 'Deshamuduru', 'Chirutha', 'Golimaar', 'Businessman', 'Temper' and others.

The news is yet to be confirmed by the movie unit. Veteran composer Mani Sharma will be giving the music for 'Double Ismart'. Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt is playing a full-length role and his character is named 'Big Bull'. Charmme and Puri will be bankrolling the project while Vishu Reddy is the CEO. Kecha is the action choreographer. The movie will have a pan-Indian release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages. The heroine of this film is yet to be revealed.
