Senior actor Chandra Mohan who has entertained the Telugu audience with his versatile role over the past 50 years has passed away on Saturday morning at 9:45 AM. He was admitted in Apollo Hospital a few days back in order to get treated for heart-related issues and he breathed his last today leaving all his family members in tears.

We all know what Chandra Mohan did in his career but do you know about his family? His wife Jalandhara is a famous writer who wrote hundreds of stories and novels. She received numerous awards for her work. Both husband and wife supported each other in excelling in their respective careers. Jalandhara did BA Economics in those times which is quite rare.

Chandra Mohan and Jalandhara are blessed with two children. While the first daughter Madhura Meenakshi is settled in America as a psychologist, the second daughter Madhavi is a doctor in Chennai. Legendary filmmaker K Vishwanath is a relative to Chandra Mohan. It was the 'Sagara Sangamam' director who helped Chandra Mohan a lot during his initial stages as an actor. Chandra Mohan revealed it on multiple occasions and they lived side-by-side for twenty-five years in Chennai.
