Mohanlal Creates Storm As Drishyam 3 Rights Skyrocket

Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph are back in the news with Drishyam 3. The first two films were huge in Malayalam, and the Hindi and Telugu remakes also became big hits. The simple family story mixed with an accidental murder still pulls people in, so the moment Part 3 was announced, everyone got excited again. The earlier films made more than ₹240 crore, and even before shooting for the new one started, the rights were already sold.

Aashirvad Movies sold the worldwide theatrical and digital rights, and Panorama Studios bought them for a massive ₹160 crore. That one deal created a lot of noise. Since Panorama mostly handles Hindi releases, people think Malayalam and Hindi versions might be released together. But this may also delay the Malayalam release a little. Nothing is confirmed yet.

The Malayalam shoot is expected to start in December. Fans keep asking the same thing, will all languages release at the same time? For now, only the Malayalam version is moving fast. The other versions are still not final.

In Telugu, things are a bit slow because Venkatesh is busy with another film directed by Trivikram. He has to manage dates for Drishyam 3. Jeethu Joseph works very fast, so he may finish the Malayalam version first and then move to the Telugu one. Fans are waiting for clear updates.
