Much Hyped Sequel Teaser, But Failed Expectations!

Generally, when there is a sequel for a big film, that is arriving shortly, it is expected to grab all the attention in the world. But that is not the case with Drishyam 3. The Malayalam thriller is preparing for its release soon, and the makers have dropped the promotional material.

The teaser of Jeethu Joseph and star hero Mohanlal’s much-awaited crime thriller Drishyam 3 is out.The nearly two-minute promo opens with Mohanlal’s voiceover, as Georgekutty contemplates the shadows of the past. The Drishyam franchise circles Georgekutty and his family, who fall under suspicion after the son of a senior police officer goes missing.

However, the problem has been with the fact that the teaser has failed to match the expectations that were placed on it in the first place. Right from the thriller effect to the whole execution of the teaser, there is no larger-than-life appeal that is expected from the third part of this famous film franchise. Great things were expected from the teaser at a family, emotion and suspense thriller level, but neither of them were delivered.

Considering the fact that this is the third and final part of this franchise expected that Jitu Joseph and Mohanlal would be delivering a blockbuster theatrical experience. But the below part teaser that was released has largely failed to match the anticipation. Now we have to see if the film will be able to undo the work of the teaser and entertain the audience with the full feature film, which is going to release on May 21.
