Dulquer & Rana Join Hands For A Period Drama In 50s!

We have a lot of interesting collaborations taking place in recent times. Tollywood's handsome hunk Rana Daggubati and Malayalam dream hero Dulquer Salman have joined hands for an interesting flick. It is not going to be a multistarrer as Dulquer will be the hero in this film while Rana will be producing the film along with the 'Mahanati' actor.

What's more interesting is that 'Mr. Bachchan' fame Bhagyashri Borse who gained a lot of fame will be the female lead in this project. National Award winning actor Samuthirakani is playing a key role as well. The pooja ceremony is done recently and Victory Venkatesh along with Suresh Babu attended the event.

It took place in Ramanaidu Studies and the entire team looked great in ethnic outfits. Selvamani Salvaraj is directed this film and it is named 'Kaantha'. It is going to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages. Spirit Media and Wayfarer Films will be bankrolling it and the details about the technical crew will be revealed too.

It is Jhanu who will be giving the music while Dani Sanchez Lopez is the cinematographer. Set in the backdrop of Madras in the 1950s, the movie is expected to explore the human connections and shifts in society during that time with respect to the changes that happened in history. We need to wait and see how things shape up regarding this intriguing project with an impressive cast.
