Ed Sheeran Teases New Sapphire Track With Shah Rukh

English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has a cult fan following in India in all languages.

He has dropped a teaser for his new single Sapphire, featuring Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan and singer Arijit Singh. The song, coming out on June 5, is the third release from his upcoming album Play. The teaser shows behind-the-scenes moments from Sheeran’s recent trip to India.

In the video, Shah Rukh Khan is seen singing parts of the track, while Sheeran shares a coffee with Arijit Singh on a barge. Sheeran also embraces Indian culture by singing in Hindi, getting a Punjabi tattoo, playing traditional instruments, and joining college students in a dance.

This isn’t their first meeting. Sheeran and Shah Rukh Khan have met before at SRK’s Mumbai home, where they posed together famously. That meeting created a lot of buzz, and now fans are eager for their musical collaboration.
