Top Cinematographer Gets Onboard For Lokesh's Next!

'Coolie' is one of the craziest projects in South India. The shooting is yet to begin but the title video itself got a huge reception. The Tamil industry is eagerly waiting for this film to break records. Starring superstar Rajnikanth, this movie will be written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Recently, the director dismissed the rumours regarding the movie getting completely shelved.

Now, the team of 'Coolie' gave a huge update regarding the film. Girish Gangadharan who worked on films like 'Sarkar', 'Vikram' and 'Jallikattu' has come onboard for 'Coolie' as a cinematographer. The shooting was supposed to kickstart in June but it got pushed to July.

Sun Pictures is producing this flick while Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer. It is Rajnikanth's 171st film and Girish is the director of photography. It is Rajni's 171st movie. While Rajni's look, trademark dialogues and ever-charming laugh have pleased the fans, the title video of 'Coolie' left a lot to be desired.

Despite the disappointment, they are hopeful that Lokesh and Rajnikanth's combo will deliver on the big screen. It is one of the most-awaited projects down South and people are hyped up about Lokesh directing Rajni for the first after movies like 'Khaidi', 'Vikram' and 'Leo'.
