Senior Tamil Actor Passes Away At 58 In Studio!

G Marimuthu, an esteemed actor and director in Kollywood has passed away at 8 AM in the morning. At 58 years old, the actor is known for his key roles in movies and strong opinions which create a storm in the media. While he was dubbing for a TV show early in the morning, he collapsed in the recording studio.

He was rushed immediately to the hospital but the doctors declared him dead by the team he reached the hospital. He was last seen playing a small role in Rajnikanth's 'Jailer'. His sudden demise has sent the entire Kollywood into mourning and shocked his close associates.

His famous films include 'Jailer', 'Jeeva', 'Pariyerum Perumal' and 'Vaali'. Marimuthu is well known in social platforms for giving his opinions which are quite bold. He doesn't mind hurting the sentiments of a few and his views often became a topic of discussion. Some well-known personalities expressed their condolences on Marimuthu's demise.

His body will be kept in Chennai residence for public homage and the final rites are going to take place in Theni which is his hometown.
