Handsome Hero Walks Out Of Prestigious 'Thug Life'!

The magical combination of Ulaganayagan Kamal Hassan and legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam have teamed up after three decades for 'Thug Life'. Their 'Nayagan' is considered a classic and one of the best works in Indian cinema. Now, their 'Thug Life' began a few months back and it is Kamal's 234th film.

Trisha and Jayam Ravi are playing key roles in this movie while Dulquer Salman was also part of it along with Joju George and Gautham Karthik. But the latest reports suggest that Dulquer Salman opted to step out of the project due to unknown reasons. Fans are wondering the reason behind this as he recently announced that he is going to be a part of #Suriya43. He wrote, “An alluring and exciting journey. Thrilled to be a part of #Suriya43 with this stellar team.”

Apart from that Dulquer is also going to be seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD' as well as '#NBK109'. We need to see who replaces a handsome man like Dulquer in 'Thug Life'. As we know, AR Rahman is composing the music for this film while Ravi K Chandran is the cinematographer. Anbariv are choreographing the fights and it is Sreekar Prasad who is the editor. Mani Ratnam is the writer and director of this film along with being the co-producer.

Talking about the film Kamal said, "I was equally excited 35 years before when I was about to start work with Mr. Mani Ratnam. Collaborating with a similar mindset is stimulating. This stimulation includes Mr. Rahman as well. Eagerly looking forward to presenting this venture with Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin." Mani Ratnam stated that he is happy, honoured and excited to collaborate with Kamal Sir again. The movie may released by the end of 2024.
