Victorious 'Hanu-Man' Touches The 300 Crore Mark In 25 Days!

Every once in a while, a movie hits the screens that defies all the odds. Who would imagine a movie with Teja Sajja as hero outshines films with Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh and Nagarjuna as heroes? This shows that content is the king and the audience will encourage the film no matter what if they get impressed. 'Hanu-Man' got fewer theatres during the time of its release and many bigwigs suggested changing the release date in order to get a decent reception at the box office.

But director Prasanth Varma believed in himself and the result is in front of our eyes. The movie got huge collections and people repeatedly watched the movie despite it having fewer screens compared to other films. The steady collections of 'Hanu-Man' are an eye-opener for many. The scale of the success is massive and Teja Sajja's market grew immensely. The collections from the overseas market have been phenomenal.

Within 25 days of its release, the movie grossed 300 crores and has amazed everyone. The makers officially announced these numbers and this shows what 'Hanu-Man' achieved despite all the hurdles. The collections slowed down in the weekdays but it picked up again during the weekend. Interestingly, the collections of 'Hanu-Man' are better in some areas compared to 'Ambajipeta Marriage Band' which was released this weekend and got a good talk.

'Hanu-Man' got a share of over 160 crores till now and it definitely created history. We will be seeing movies like 'Eagle', 'Yatra 2' and 'Laal Salaam' arriving this weekend and most of the theatres for 'Hanu-Man' may be taken away. Despite of what it achieved, the team did not slow down in terms of promotions. They are touring the US and have even convinced the OTT platform to delay the release. 'Hanu-Man' had to get 30 crores to achieve breakeven but it got more than 160 crores which is making everyone speechless.
