Harikrishna’s Grandson To Be Launched By ‘Devadasu’ Director!
He tried to bounce back with movies like ‘Saleem’ and ‘Rey’ but they backfired too.
By: Tupaki Desk | 26 March 2024 6:46 AM GMTYVS Chowdary is regarded was one of the top directors in Tollywood in the 2000s. With films like ‘Laahiri Laahiri Laahirilo’, ‘Seetayya’ and ‘Devadasu’, he created a brand for himself. But his downfall started with ‘Okka Magadu’ which was made on a grand scale. It released amidst huge expectations back in 2007 and ended up being a disaster.
He tried to bounce back with movies like ‘Saleem’ and ‘Rey’ but they backfired too. He produced most of his movies and his production venture ‘Nippu’ with Ravi Teja failed badly as well. He hit the pause button on direction for the last 8-9 years. But sources say that he is about to make his comeback. If rumours are to be believed, he is expected to paunch Nandamuri Harikrishna’s grandson as a hero.
As we know, Kalyan Ram and NTR had an elder brother named Janaki Ram who passed away in an accident. His son is reportedly going to make his debut as a hero under YVS’ direction. Harikrishna worked with YVS Chowdary in four films and the director shares a close bond to Nandamuri family. It is NTR’s photo that we see at the start and end of every film he produced under his ‘Bommarillu’ banner. He gives advertisements of NTR in the newspapers every year on both NTR’s birth and death anniversaries.
He is the one who launched both Ram Pothineni and Sai Dharam Tej. Let us see what happens in the coming days.
