Hattrick Hits For Tabu Post Lockdown!

King Khan Shah Rukh Khan made a stellar comeback in 2023 and delivered three hits in a row. While 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan' crossed the 1000 crore mark, 'Dunki' too managed to become a good success considering the less budget spent on it. Apart from him, there is no other to achieve this feat in Bollywood post-lockdown.

Now, supremely talented artist Tabu equalled SRK's record post lockdown. In 2022, he delivered two hits in a row. The first one was 'Bhool Bhulaiya 2' which was a super hit. Though it was Karthik Aryan who was the hero, Tabu was the one who stole the limelight. After that, she played the police officer's role in 'Drishyam 2' which turned out to be a super hit as well. It collected more than 200 crores at the box office.

She did not have a release in 2023 but she is back on the silver screen this year with 'Crew'. This movie arrived last weekend and it featured Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon as the female leads too. This entertainer had a good business of 32 crores over the weekend and is expected to make over 75 crores of money. This is huge for a movie that has no recognizable star hero. It is a lot of money for a female-oriented script.

Tabu is in her 50s and is still getting good roles in Bollywood. She is very consistent and is picking up scripts that have a lot of scope for her to perform. Fans can't wait to see her in more movies.
