The ongoing case of Sukesh Chandrasekhar who allegedly conned over 217 crores from the wife of a former Fortis promoter is well known to everybody. His relationship with Bollywood heroine Jacqueline Fernandes came into the limelight when the case began and the Enforcement Directorate questioned the actress multiple times already. Also, this case led to a battle between Jacqueline and actress Nora Fatehi too which made the headlines.

Now, the 'Kick' beauty seems to have sought protection from intimidation from the convicted man. Apparently, she has been receiving unsolicited messages and voice notes from Sukesh. On of his messages read, "I miss your energy around me, I have no words, but I know your love for me is never ending, is all over me. I know what is in your beautiful heart. I don't need proof and that's all that matters to me, baby. But I must admit, I am missing you. You know how much I love you my botta bomma. You and your love is the bestest gift which is priceless in my life. You know I am here for you, standing by you come what may. Love you my baby, thank you for giving me your heart."

In another letter, he wrote, "Do you have any idea how pretty and beautiful you are my baby. There is no one as pretty as you in this planet. My bunny rabbit, I love you, my baby. You and me forever come what may, mine forever. This phase is gonna be over for good and all are gonna see."

Finding these highly inappropriate and concerning, Jacqueline lodged a complaint to the Economics Offences Wing. The EOW claimed, "It has been observed that the accused Sukesh Chandrashekhar has been in the habit of sending letters, concerning Jacqueline to media platforms, through various means, which is not only harassing/threatening her directly, but also affecting her social/professional assignments. Such aggravating nature of the threat/harassment to the victim/applicant is a matter of grave concern for the investigating agency that an important witness of the case is being coerced/harassed/ threatened by the accused. It will have serious implications on the conduct of the trial of the case, concerning Jacqueline." The hearing of this case will begin on 17th January.
