The picture, posted by Instant Bollywood, shows the two actors inside an airplane. Janhvi, wearing a white t-shirt with a cute illustration, looks like she�s playfully reacting to something Sidharth is doing. Sidharth, sitting beside her, smiles and looks at her affectionately. Param Sundari is a romantic drama where Janhvi plays a Malayali girl named Sundari, and Sidharth plays her love interest. The trailer of the film has already been launched, and while many fans have loved it, some Malayali viewers have raised concerns about the stereotypical depiction of their culture. Actress Pavithra Menon, in a video posted on Instagram, called out the filmmakers for casting a non-Malayali actress to play a Malayali role. She highlighted that such depictions, like speaking in heavily accented Hindi, are outdated and not a true representation of how Malayalis speak.

Despite the controversy, the film�s premise, a cross-cultural romance between a girl from Kerala and a man from Delhi, has intrigued many. Directed by Tushar Jalota, Param Sundari is set to release on August 29, 2025.
