Jani Master Breaks Silence with Open Letter

Choreographer Jani Master has released an open letter to Telugu film producers after receiving a show-cause notice from the Telugu Film Employees Federation. The issue has become a major talking point in the Telugu film industry over the last two days.

The federation recently asked Jani Master to give a written explanation within seven days. It also warned that disciplinary action could be taken against him after he did not attend an inquiry related to his earlier comments about the organization.

In his open letter, Jani Master said that his fight is not against the Telugu Film Employees Federation. He explained that his concerns are about corruption within the Telugu Film Dancers Association. According to him, some programme in-charges were not using the money meant for dancers in the right way.

He claimed that the association's president, Sumalatha, had already taken action by suspending the people who were allegedly involved in these irregularities. However, Jani Master said that instead of supporting these actions, the federation was protecting the suspended members.

Jani Master also made a direct appeal to Telugu film producers. He requested them to make sure that the money they pay for dancers reaches the dancers without any misuse. He said producers work hard to invest in films, and their payments should benefit the workers for whom the money is intended.

He further requested senior producers to allow the Dancers Association to manage its internal matters and conduct by-elections without outside interference. Jani Master also alleged that some federation leaders warned of non-cooperation if the suspended members were not brought back into the association.

The dispute has continued to grow over the past few days. Earlier, the federation demanded that Jani Master publicly apologize for his remarks. It also stated that further action could be taken if he failed to respond to the notice within the given time.

This open letter is Jani Master's first detailed public response since the controversy began. Through his message, he made it clear that he wants transparency in the association and believes that the rights and welfare of dancers should be protected.
