Heros ex wife asks for 40 lakh alimony per month!

It is already known that veteran Tamil actor Jayam Ravi had communicated that he and his ex-wife Aarti are separating and are no longer together. The two of them have been living separately, and their divorce proceedings are currently in court for further legal proceedings.

In this context, the latest developments are suggesting that Ravi and Aarti have approached the family sessions court in Chennai and an interesting development has happened with regard to the financial matters regarding the divorce proceedings.

Reportedly Aarti has asked for a financial contribution of ₹40 lakhs per month from Ravi after the divorce in order to sort out her financial status after the separation. This is a pretty significant financial demand from Aarti, and it is heard that Ravi is instructed by the court to respond to the same by June 12.

Ravi is obliged to respond to the court by 12 June, as this is a significant harmony that has been placed in front of him by his former wife.

But the less Ravi has already communicated to the court that he wishes to take divorce from Aarti as there is no scope for reconciliation. In order to expedite the process, financial allocation is have to be made and Ravi has a big decision to make in this context.

It has to be seen if Ravi would be accepting to pay such a huge alimony on a monthly basis to Aarti or whether he would negotiate with the court for a smaller amount. More details in this yard are expected to emerge in the near future.
