Viral Singer Issues Stern Warning

Jim Jim Thara.. Jilebi Tera Chinnoda has gone viral across social media and continues to trend strongly. From everyday social media users of all ages making Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts to dance covers and film promotional campaigns. The song was also incorporated into the upcoming movie Parnasala, and Aditya Music officially released the track.

However, Lakshmi, popularly known as Lakshmi Aunty, the original singer, is unhappy about the unauthorized use of the track. She took to social media and issued a stern warning to anyone who used the song without permission. Lakshmi stated that she has been singing this track for over 30 years. She alleged that, instead of recording it with her, certain individuals had others perform the song and uploaded it to YouTube to monetize it.

Questioning how anyone could use the song without her permission to profit off streaming views, she shared her anguish. She further clarified that if necessary, she would escalate the issue to the government and personally meet Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to submit a formal complaint.

Lakshmi said that a few days ago, certain parties contacted her sons, offering to buy the rights to the song, but that conversation never reached her directly. Expressing strong outrage over the song being published on YouTube without her explicit authorization, she demanded the immediate deletion of the relevant videos.

It remains to be seen how the concerned parties respond and what this controversy takes next.
