Big Scoop: Jr NTR’s Dragon Won’t Release In 2026

One of the most-awaited films coming from Tollywood is none other than versatile Superstar Jr NTR's Dragon, which is being directed by the super-talented KGF filmmaker Prashant Neel. In fact, the film was supposed to hit Cinemas in June 2026 itself, but according to a big scoop coming from the insiders, it might not make it for the release this year.

In fact, the makers want to shoot certain scenes in Jordan, but due to the war in the Middle East, they couldn't get any permission now, due to the uncertainty there. Though earlier, they have done a small shoot in Jordan, it is being heard that Prashant Neel wants more quality, and he wants to shoot more in the desert areas. Now that the Middle East is burning with war, they have to find alternative places in desert areas, including the African continent and other places.

As the production is getting delayed, some insiders revealed that the film will not be able to release in 2026 at any cost. While the film’s updates are coming from the close quarters, surely there is no talk yet about the delay, while Jr NTR was in Bengaluru the other day for an event, and also to have a look at the post-production of the film. We have to see if the makers will officially confirm the release postponement.
