Box Office On Fire As 'Kalki 2898 AD' Crosses The 800 Cr Mark!

Kalki 2898 AD' is going all guns blazing and the collections are quite steady even on working days. The movie which created massive records during the first weekend is raking up huge money during the working days too. It minted 800 crores gross worldwide in just 9 days.

The grandeur and vision of Nag Ashwin is praised by everyone. His making impressed people across the globe. The Hindi version is going quite strong as well. It amassed a sum of 175 crores by the end of 9 days. It is going to touch the 200 crore mark in North India soon. Despite the flaws in the first half, the North audience loved the grand canvas the film was made on and they were stunned by the way Amitabh Bachchan was presented on the screen after a long time.

The reviewers were quite positive from the first day and 'Kalki 2898 AD' is inching towards the 1000 crore mark. The makers released a superb poster to announce the film joining the 800 crore club. Prabhas has proved his stamina once again with this fantasy drama set in a dystopian backdrop. He is constantly delivering box office hits and his market is getting bigger with each passing film.

There will be a second part for 'Kalki' and fans are curious to see what happens next. Prabhas will be seen as Bhairava while Amitabh played the role of Ashwatthama. Kamal Haasan as Supreme Yashkin is the main villain while Deepika Padukone played Sumathi in the film. Ashwini Dutt spent over 600 crores and Santosh Narayanan gave the music.

Nag Ashwin revealed that around 60% of the story is left to tell in the second part and there will be more drama and action in it. 'Kalki 2' is expected to hit the screens in 2025 if things go as planned.
