What Next For 'Kalki 2898 AD' Team?

It has been made official that 'Kalki 2898 AD' will be releasing on 9th May but people are still having doubts regarding it. The political fever is the main reason while the team of the movie is yet to kickstart the promotions. There is a lot of talk going on about the movie's postponement but the team is yet to give a response about it.

As per reports, the team is in search of a new release date that suits for the public in all languages. Since it is made on a massive budget, everything has to fall in place. They are taking other releases into consideration as well. If reports are to be believed, the makers are planning to release the movie in the first or second week of June.

Apparently, Netflix bought the digital rights and they are also insisting on a June release. The shooting has been wrapped up and the post-production works are in full flow right now. Director Nag Ashwin is busy with the VFX work and we need to how things move forward from here on.

Santosh Narayanan is the music composer while Djordje Stojilijkovic is the director of photography. Ashwini Dutt is the movie's producer. The dystopian backdrop and the look of the actors generated a lot of interest among the viewers. Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Hassan are playing key roles in this movie while Disha Patani is a part of it as well. Prabhas is the hero of it.
