Nizam Prizes Out For 'Kalki 2898 AD'! Huge Hike In Ticket Rates!

There has been a lot of discussion over the ticket rates of 'Kalki 2898 AD'. Many expected this magnum opus to have hiked rates due to its huge budget and producer's bond with the governments. The Telangana governments have always been friendly with the film industry and granted a lot of permissions for many films before.

The same happened for 'Kalki 2898 AD' as well. the government officially released a statement saying Vyjayanthi Movies are allowed to have Rs 200/- per ticket and also permit shows for a period of 8 days starting from 27th June to 4th July. The ticket rates are increased by Rs 75/- for single screens and Rs 100/- for multiplex theatres across all theatres of Telangana.

They have also given permissions to hold benefit shows as well. This gives a huge advantage for 'Kalki 2898 AD' team and they are now gearing up to release the film in a grand manner. The advance bookings will be opened soon as the permissions have been officially granted.

Amitabh Bachchan plays the role of Ashwattama while Prabhas will be seen as Bhairava. Deepika Padukone is playing one of the main leads as well. Starring Prabhas in the lead, Nag Ashwin is directing this science-fiction thriller. Keerthy Suresh gave the voiceover for Bujji vehicle. Ashwini Dutt is the producer. Santosh Narayanan is the music composer while Djordje Stojilijkovic is the director of photography. Kamal Haasan will also be seen in this movie.

Malavika Nair is rumored to be playing Uttara from Mahabharata and we have seen the characters of Sobhana, Disha Patani, Anna Ben and others as well. There is a talk that 'Sita Ramam' jodi Mrunal Thakur and Dulquer Salman will be seen in this film as well.
