Will 'Kalki 2898 AD' Continue Further?

A lot of filmmakers these days are making films in two parts whether it is necessary or not. They are starting it as one film and announcing that it is divided into two parts in order to narrate the story in detail. There is a lot of belief that 'Kalki 2898 AD' will be having two parts. It has been all over the local and national media too. Kamal Haasan will reportedly appear for a few minutes in the first part and will have a bigger role in the second part according to many.

But the team is yet to give clarity on it. The movie is all set to release in a few hours and it is one part story as of now. But a lot of people are confident that sure there is a second part and it will be revealed at the movie's end. 'Kalki' is made on a grand canvas and the story is quite big by the looks of it. There is no chance that such a big story is narrated in three hours. Nag Ashwin has revealed that three are going to be three different worlds and he will be touching history too.

Going by what he narrated in the promotional videos, it is very difficult to showcase it entirely in one film. The makers are planning to reveal it at the end through a surprising cliffhanger according to many. There is a talk that the entire first part will be around Deepika's character being protected and her giving birth to Kalki in the climax. It will reportedly end the first part and the second part is expected to showcase the end of the main villain. Let us wait for a few more hours.
