Fans of Prabhas have been worried for the past few weeks. Veteran producer Ashwini Dutt who is bankrolling 'Kalki 2898 AD' has openly given his support to the Telugu Desam Party. Dutt is a huge supporter of CBN's party for many decades and his open support made Prabhas fans tense. They hoped that the ticket rates, special shows and other benefits would be reduced if YSRCP formed the government again. The voting got completed and many pundits and surveys claimed that there is going to be a change in the ruling party.

TDP – Janasena – BJP alliance is expected to form the government according to many. There are still 20 days for the result to come out but fans are happy to see these positive signs that would benefit 'Kalki 2898 AD'. They are expecting TDP to be very lenient towards tickets rates and special shows. With Pawan Kalyan being a hero himself, they are hoping that the support will be very good from this alliance. After the election results are out on 4th June, 'Kalki 2898 AD' is the first pan-Indian film to hit the screens. There are no big releases across the nation in the past couple of months. People are pinning a lot of hopes on this massive film starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan and others in the lead. Fans are estimating that it would cross the openings of 'Baahubali', 'KGF' and 'RRR' with ease. But the collections will be huge in Andhra Pradesh only if Ashwini Dutt's wish comes true.
