Is Kamal Taking 10 Crores For a 20-Minute Role?

There is a lot of talk about the highly-anticipated visual spectacle 'Kalki 2898 AD'. There are giant expectations on this movie which is all set to hit the screens on 27th June 2024. Rebel Star Prabhas is the lead actor in this movie and India's biggest actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani are doing main roles in this movie.

The team introduced Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwatthama a few days back and we are getting something interesting about the role of Kamal Haasan in the movie. Insiders confirm that Kamal’s screentime in the movie is not more than 20 minutes. It is quite less but reports suggest that the second part of 'Kalki 2898 AD’ will have Kamal for more than 90 minutes.

While this raised curiosity on his role, people were shocked to hear that he is charging a massive 10 crores for a brief appearance in the first part. While the official details are yet to come out, this news is all over the social media right now.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD is set to be the biggest cinematic event of the year. With an incredible cast and backed by Vyjayanthi Movies, it's gearing up for its release at the end of June. Ashwini Dutt is the movie's producer. Santosh Narayanan is the music composer while Djordje Stojilijkovic is the director of photography.
