Kannappa Trollers: Beware or face action!

It is already known that Manchu Vishnu is awaiting the theatrical release of upcoming film Kannappa, which is preparing for theatrical debut on June 27. As the film is preparing for its release, soon, we are hearing an interesting update on the same as the makers have legal consequences for those who are trolling the film.

The latest communication from the makers stated that “This is to inform that the feature film titled "Kannappa", as produced by Twenty Four Frames Factory Private Limited is scheduled for worldwide release on Friday, 27th June 2025.

The film represents the culmination of immense artistic dedication, untiring efforts, and substantial commercial investment and has received all possible certifications, Intellectual Protection and clearances for the said release. We also categorically state that Kannappa is an outcome of lawful, legitimate, and creative enterprise.”

The film has been created responsibly to engage with the public at large and we thereby respectfully request all critiques to watch the film first, appreciate its substance, understand the intent and comment on it with responsibility, rather than succumbing to premeditated biases or vendetta-fuelled commentary.

It has been established that anyone who is found trolling this film on social media will be facing the consequences as there will be substantial action on the same. This is one of the first times in Bollywood that such a message is being passed before the release of a film and it has to be seen if this strategy would work for Kannappa now.
