Finally, Kannappa Locks Arrival Time On Amazon Prime!

It is already known that Manchu Vishnu and Mohan Babu combined to deliver epic mythological film Kannappa in theatres recently. After the commercial success of the film in theatres, it is now preparing for its release on OTT and here is looking into the same.

The latest social media post by Vishnu Manchu announces the digital release of the film Kannappa on Prime Video on September 4, 2025, highlighting its theme of sacrifice and divinity, and features a promotional video clip from the movie.

As is known, Kannappa is a mythological film that tells the story of an atheist hunter who becomes a devotee of Lord Shiva, ultimately plucking out his eyes in an act of devotion, a narrative that combines traditional storytelling with high production standards.

The film includes a notable appearance by Prabhas, who enters approximately fifteen minutes into the second half and has a screen time of around twenty minutes, adding to the star-studded cast and its pan-India release in multiple languages.

This film will now be streaming on Amazon prime video in multiple Indian languages from September 4, and the same has been communicated through a new social media post.

The stage is now set for the OTT release of this mythological film, which has Manchu Vishnu, Mohan Babu, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal and others in the lead roles.
