Karan Johar's Film Gets Into Busan Film Festival!

Karan Johar is criticized for a lot of things but he is definitely an ace filmmaker who is yet to deliver a bad film. His last outing 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' which had Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt playing the lead roles turned out to be a good hit too. The critics praised the movie and the audience liked it as well which is quite rare in Bollywood these days.

The movie made huge money and reports suggest that the film received an official invitation to Busan Film Festival which is being held from 4th October to 13th October 2024. The entire team is thrilled about the film being selected in the Open Cinema Section and the movie is an entertaining family drama that touches on various topics of the society.

Dharma Production and Viacom18 are jointly producing this flick while Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan and Sumit Roy have provided the story and screenplay. Ishita Moitra penned the dialogues while Pritam composed the music. Karan Johar directed this movie while the cast includes legendary Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi and many others. Ranveer was seen as a Punjabi while Alia played the role of a Bengali.
