Kingdom, starring Vijay Deverakonda, is out, and the makers are happy with the response from the audiences so far. However, it has been revealed that the makers plan to make multiple parts as a prequel for the film. If the reports are true, there could be a total of three parts. As of now, there is no confirmation, but director Gautham wants to do an OTT film.
The OTT film will be a standalone project, exploring the character of Sethu, who is the antagonist, going further in this universe. The film, which will arrive as a second part, will be a fight between Vijay and Sethu. It will be the second part.
Additionally, Vijay Deverakonda revealed that there could be another film which is a third one set in 1920s, describing the origins and more aspects of the Kingdom. The makers reveal that the team removed a lot of subplots from the final copy and would be planning to explore them all.
S Naga Vamsi produced the film while Bhagyashri Borse played the female lead in the film. Anirudh scored the film's music.
