In 2019, Kiran Abbavaram made his film debut with Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru, a romantic drama where he starred alongside Rahasya Gorak. Rahasya Gorak, an actress known for her role in Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru met Kiran during the film's production. Their on-screen chemistry blossomed into a real-life relationship. After years of dating, they got engaged in March 2024 and married on August 22, 2024 in an intimate ceremony in Coorg.
