Is This The Story Koratala Siva Wrote?

After the super twist given by films like Acharya, director Koratala Siva hasn’t even come out in the media, but carved out “Devara” with jr NTR in the lead. While the makers stated that the film will be like a desi version of Game of Thrones, there is nothing like that inside. While the movie made ₹900 crores, as per the producers, there are largely negative reviews everywhere. Since then, Koratala Siva is absent in action, while there are buzzes now and then about Devara 2 going to sets.

Yuva Sudha Arts, a friend and partner of Koratala Siva, has today kick-started a new film with hero Vishwaksen in the lead. Earlier, there were rumours that Koratala wanted to direct a young hero, but that didn’t materialise. Rumours are now coming that actually Koratala Siva wrote this story, but gave it to young director Rajath, and became a quite partner in the film. Even Vishwaksen is not taking remuneration, but only ‘share’ in the project as per the reports.

Many are wondering why Koratala Siva is not directing this film, and the distribution circles are opining that if the director carves this out, that too after doing a Jr NTR movie, that will be a big dent on his image. That said, some say that Koratala wants to do mostly only action films, but not love stories, and hence he has given the film to be directed by a newcomer. Whatever it may be, Koratala became a hot topic again.
