Krithi Shetty won hearts at a very young age with her debut Telugu film Uppena. She was only 17 years old when the movie released, and it became a huge box office success, crossing more than ₹100 crore. After that, she acted in Shyam Singha Roy, which also performed well. Her third Telugu film Bangarraju did average business. However, after these films, her career faced ups and downs.

Some of her recent movies did not do well at the box office. At the same time, her Tamil films were delayed for a long time. Due to this, negative comments about her started spreading on social media. These comments affected Krithi deeply. In a recent interview, she became very emotional while talking about these difficult phases in her career and could not stop her tears.

She said, “I have seen many things at a very young age. At one stage, the criticism and hate on social media hurt me deeply. Acting itself is very draining emotionally. When people blame us for things that are not in our control, it becomes very painful.”

Krithi also spoke about rejections in her career. She shared, “Rejections are part of this journey, but some moments become too hard to handle. During those times, my mother is my biggest support. She stands by me like a strong pillar. Not just as a mother, but as my best emotional support.”

She added that her friends also stood beside her during tough times. While crying, Krithi said, “Sometimes I feel like taking a break from interviews when I get emotional. But I also feel people should know my struggles.”

The young actress also revealed that earlier she never cared about what people said about her. But now, things affect her more. “Everything happened very fast in my life. Even small things affect me deeply now. I take everything personally, and that is why it hurts so much. I don’t even know why I have become so sensitive,” she said.
