Kriti Sanon Splurges On ₹78 Crore Mumbai Penthouse

Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon is not just winning on screen but also making bold moves off it. The National Award-winning actress has just bought a sea-facing duplex penthouse in Mumbai’s Pali Hill, one of the city’s most elite addresses. The property, located in the Supreme Prana residential tower, cost her over ₹78.20 crore and comes with a view most can only dream of.

The duplex spans the 14th and 15th floors, covering 6,636 sq ft, plus an open terrace of 1,209 sq ft. Priced at about ₹1.18 lakh per sq ft, the home includes six car parking slots and full terrace rights. The deal, jointly registered with her mother, also saw Kriti paying ₹3.91 crore in stamp duty. From the terrace, the Arabian Sea stretches out in an endless blue, a perfect backdrop for her already star-studded life.

This isn’t Kriti’s first real estate splash. In 2023, she picked up a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug, a favourite getaway spot for Bollywood. Earlier this year, she also purchased a ₹35 crore 4-BHK apartment in Bandra West. Her new neighbourhood is home to Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and several other Bollywood icons, putting her right in the middle of Mumbai’s celebrity circle.

While building her property portfolio, Kriti is also busy with films and business ventures. She will be next seen opposite Dhanush in Aanand L Rai’s Tere Ishk Mein, releasing on November 28, 2025. She’s also starring in Homi Adajania’s Cocktail 2, alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Shahid Kapoor. With a flourishing career, sharp investments, and a stunning new home, Kriti Sanon seems to be scripting her own blockbuster, both on and off the screen.
