A senior legendary director, who changed the face of Telugu cinema, but lost all that credibility due to the shockingly absurd films he made in recent times, has grabbed a movie now. At a time when many filmmakers with true talent are struggling to find big producers, this legend, whose fame has completely been wiped off, has found a big production house for himself. Many are wondering how this happened, and here’s the story behind it as per insiders.

However, they say, the senior director got close to two top-notch directors in recent times, one a Telugu guy who has shaken Bollywood and the other a Hindi director who carved the nation’s biggest blockbuster. He got close to both, and got close to their producers, and finally grabbed one of the directors’ producers. Only to grab those producers, he’s said to have got close to these young directors, they say. Not only this, but the rumour about his remuneration is also stunning.

Any other director would have got paid a monthly salary, that too around ₹3-4 lacs per month, for maybe 9 months or so. However, this director is said to be taking home more than ₹5 crores as his remuneration for this project, in which the casting is majorly influenced by the production house as they have roped in the ’ long-term’ associates of the company, who actually don’t carry any box office potential.
