By: Tupaki Desk | 8 May 2025 12:13 PM ISTIn an industry where surprises rarely stay hidden, Mythri Movie Makers seems to have pulled off another sweet little casting move. After director Sriram Adittya’s son Vikram Adittya recently appeared in Manamey, now it’s the turn of producer Ravi Shankar’s daughter, Lisha, to step into the limelight this time in Fauji, the much-anticipated film starring Prabhas.
The current schedule of Prabhas' Fauji, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, is focused on childhood sequences, and it’s here that young Lisha has landed a charming role. Despite her age, she’s said to have delivered a surprisingly natural performance that won the appreciation of the entire film unit. It’s not a lead role, but one that might just become a memorable moment for Mythri insiders and fans of star kids entering cinema in subtle ways.
Meanwhile, composer Vishal Chandrasekhar is setting the tone for the film with his music. He has already recorded three tracks, and insiders say director Hanu is fully satisfied with the musical direction. Set against the British era, Fauji promises to show Prabhas in a layered role one part romantic young man, the other, a disciplined police officer navigating turbulent times.
Sometimes the smallest roles create the biggest headlines, especially when star power runs in the family. With Lisha’s quiet debut and Fauji shaping up to be a blend of vintage storytelling and mass appeal, it seems Mythri Movie Makers is adding personal touches that go beyond just production credits.
