South Indian cinema recently had a huge multi starter in the form of RRR. This Rajamouli directed film had two superstars NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, and it was a tremendous success at the box office.

On that note, the latest developments are suggesting that South Indian cinema will be preparing for another huge multi starrer very soon. This news was confirmed by director Lokesh Kanagaraj himself who happens to be one of the most desired directors in South Indian cinema currently.

In his latest interaction with media, Lokesh commented about his upcoming project, which could mark the collaboration of superstar, Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth.

Lokesh revealed that he had discussed the idea of a mafia king pin story with Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan and confirmed that both of them were interested in the idea.

Lokesh further added that he is idea is regarding a couple of seasoned Mafia dance who are at the final stages of their career and are occupied with one last mission.

The conflict between these two mafia dance, and the kind of drama that happens between them will be remain story of this film, and the same was implied by Lokesh himself. This is a very interesting idea, and talented young director confirmed that he is currently working on developing the same.

Considering the fact that Lokesh had already worked with Kamal Haasan for Vikram and is currently working with Rajinikanth for Coolie, he will have a clear idea of their operations. So if he can bring these two veteran superstars together, then sky is the limit for this project.
