Director Buchi Babu was able to convince a superstar like Ram Charan for his second film itself, which is separated significant achievement for a new Director. He made a reasonably productive in the form of Peddi too.

But the problem with this film is that it could not create the kind of cultural impact that is expected from a film featuring a superstar like Ram Charan. It was almost entirely dependent on Charan to pull the box office numbers and there was very little contribution from the director in terms of creative genius.

And now the discussion has opened up about Buchi Babu and his possible next collaboration, and there are multiple theories about the same.

Immediately, after the release of this Ram Charan film, there were multiple speculations that the director had approached Mahesh Babu with a potential subject, and the latter would be interested in listening to the same.

But there is a very, very big point of difference here, and this is the fact that Mahesh Babu is currently working with Rajamouli, which is the biggest project in his career. So after completing the film with Rajamouli Mahesh Babu would be looking to make a big project with a big Director on a huge scale.

Buchi Babu is just two films old now, and is yet to make a strong commercial impact for himself at a large capacity. So this could potentially limit has reached with Mahesh Babu, who is currently working on a massive project with Rajamouli and will be looking for a bigger Director next.

There is a possibility that Buchi Babu might go for some other young hero in Telugu cinema, and it has to be seen who would be receptive of him.

As for Ram Charan, he is likely to work with Sukumar for his next collaboration, and this project could be announced in the near future.
